Bug? Vision relic not working with Warlock

Warlock infection is same as heal block.
But I am not getting fury when vision relic is used with Warlock.
Is it a bug?

No warlock infection is not considered as heal block. It is different effect

Neither warlock nor archangel has a heal block. They just prevent any and all healing

Then what relic is best for Warlock?
