PC VERSION NOT UPDATING

Hello lads, my mcoc on pc cannot be started due to update issues and when I retry to download it, my browser cannot Download it. I try to troubleshoot it by myself by uninstalling and reinstall using the first installer I downloaded and change the installation folder but a new issue arise, it says " anti cheat" not installed, which is totally sucks!. So please is there anyone who can help me on this? or else I just play it on my phone.
