Phoenix duped vs unduped

I recently got 7* cosmic awakening gem and I'm think of using it on phoenix.
Should I save the stone or use on somebody else like scream or use it on phoenix

She doesn’t need it. If you like her, sure! She’s great, but in no way requires awakening to be great

no phx cause all she gets is autoblock counter, immortality and extra health after revives. scream alr has an autoblock
