Many People got banned by mistake this time, please recheck the system

Some of my friends got banned today and they certainly didn't do any cheat operation.
According to my obsevation, all of their phone are Android System.
Due to the network issue, we need to download the game in the thrid party game shop instead of Google Store.But it is the correct version and didn't get any profit from that.
I think it is the most likely reason they got banned.
And they were not do it Intentionally.
Please recheck the system.

So you're admitting that you did exactly what they said lol. You can only download the game from Apple or Google. If on PC, then from their website. Those files you downloaded were probably modded APK files. Whether you cheated or not, you've never been able to use a 3rd party site to download the game. Enjoy you ban.

They should get warned and let them find the way to download the game from other way. But should not got banned directly. It will ruin the whole alliance due to the AW now need all people to participate.

Which is probably the majority of the players that got banned. With Androids, you can download the APK file from a 3rd party website. That's what the post is referring to.

Kabam really should recheck the system. Many countries can't access Google Store directly. They should not be abandoned.

I got banned for 1 Month, I just downloaded the game from google play and PC version from Kabam website, did not use any other software to affect the game.

Which is probably the majority of the players that got banned. With Androids, you can download the APK file from a 3rd party website. That's what the post is referring to.

I downloaded more tha one year from google store. And i was banned to.

It's a tricky situation. I sympathize with people who can't legally access it in their country and then gets banned for trying to get a hold of the game some other route. Still, it's probably impossible for Kabam to determine who uses third-party apps for "legitimate" reasons and who doesn't, and at the end of the day, the mere usage of those apps are still against the TOS. I've been in a similar situation where I got banned for using a third-party app that helped me play the game when I was disabled and couldn't hold/use my phone properly. It sucks but them's the breaks.

Hopefully Kabam finds a way to make the game available to play in a way that doesn't necessitate you to aquire the game via a third party, because unfortunately, that's always going to end up with bans sooner or later.

Some of people downloaded the game from Google Store and got banned.
Many other people got dissapointed and want to quit the game because they didn't know when they would get banned even they didn't do anything.
And many alliance in our community are broken.
If kabam didn't do anything asap, the situation will get worse and you can't control it.
