My account was blocked without any reliable reason

I played this game from 2020 and always play it via iphone, download it from app store. I login in 8:00am on 8th, June and then have a breakfast, login again on 9:00am and then receive the damage message with blocking me for one month after my playing it for several minutes. Very ridiculous! I never use any plug-in of game. My account steven-chang@outlook.com is sinless and innocent!
