What did I do wrong?

I started to like this game in 2017, and my love for superheroes has never decreased. I also like this game more and more. During this period, I have never used auxiliary software, and I rarely play BG and arena. I logged into the game the day before yesterday and found that I was banned, the reason being the use of third-party software. I really haven't done anything wrong, I really don't know what I did wrong, I am so wronged!
