I reached level 10 in the game, but the slot for the third team member is still displayed as blocked, and the message is "Requires level 8 to unlock."

    Have you restarted the game? That helps sometimes

    I have restarted the game, but the bug is still not fixed.

    I saw on the Reddit sub that it's actually level 11 (don't take my word for it)
