If you done nothing wrong, you should send a ticket to customer service to get them to investigate your case urgently

Because they can’t distinguish properly.
They couldn’t when they rolled it out and can’t do it now.

While we'll see some bans get lifted, keep in mind that those who did actually use third-party software will most likely still be banned since that's still a breach of the TOS. For example, the issue with people getting banned while trying to play the game in regions where it or the authorized sources are banned or otherwise unavailable still persists. Hopefully a solution is found for that in the future.

"Unjust ban" and "I breached the TOS but see nothing wrong with it" are two very different things. So while I'm happy that those who were truly unjustly banned with get their accounts back, I caution some who in fact did break the TOS from getting their hopes up.

Kabam admitted that they have banned innocent players, those players lost rewards from AW, AQ, callendar, double track, some may have been kicked out of the alliance, unable to participate in RAIDS and yet You think that compensation is not valid? Implying they could have the rest 4 days of the ban? Even Kabam admitted there will be compensation.

I am someone who uses custom os and apkmirror page as an app store. My account was closed and has not been opened yet. I wholeheartedly agree with Kabam's new application as well as people being angry about this situation. I believe that cheats should actually be closed completely at once, not for 1 week. The only problem is that I also believe that in such errors, the player should be helped as soon as possible. I think it is my right to ask for this for the sake of the 6 years I spent with Kabam It also upsets me that there are people in the forum who do not understand some things. A company that does not want cheats can ban unlimitedly when cheating is detected. Shouldn't we think like this? I started the game, finished stage 9 and immediately after that I played Glove Ares Necropolis with cheats. I was banned for 1 week or 21 days. I waited for this to pass and I have a perfect account, wouldn't that be a gift for me?
