Ranking level 60

I've been stuck on level 60 for about 1 month now I use a bunch of xp boost and still nothing anyone can guide me on how to fix it

You need refined XP. Regular XP is too small after level 60. 1 refined XP is equal to 1000 regular XP.

Level 60 is really the highest you can get unless you purchase the Sigil Subscription (and then might take a few months to reach 135.5m)

Without it, could be years before reaching Level 61.

Just to make sure that level 60 isn't a bug and we need that the Sigil Subscription is needed to level upwards?

You don’t actually need Sigil. It will help but you do get refined XP from the daily super event as valiant.

You also get big chunks from completing/exploring end game content like Epoch.
