How can I get the veteran title or legendary title?

Veteran title was only available if you made an account the month the game released 10 years ago so it's impossible now. The only way to get a legends title now is by competing the carina necropolis challenges 100%

Very first month, December 2014, or first week in that December. Or might have even been pre-registered or downloaded first day it was available then.

(some of that is difference between BANNER and just TITLE)

But anyways, if Kabam did not give that to you 6 months ago during 10 year anniversary, you DID NOT qualify for it. That was all done last December.
