Hello, my account has been blocked for 7 days. As well as some of the players. I can say with confidence that I did not commit anything illegal, I did not use cheats, nor did I use third-party programs, and I did not violate the terms of the user agreement. But at the same time, I was given a ban for 7 days, I wrote to support for several days to clarify the circumstances of the ban, what conditions I violated, and so on.
