Photon vs lotan

So I have a question photons synergy with Mr negative says she becomes resistant to degen per debuff on opponent so with 5 debuffs so she should be fully resistant I just wanna know does this work against lotan has anyone tried it if lemme know if it works before I go into the fight

The only reason I’m confused is because I tried this team out in life transfer mode and I was still taking degen damage

Life transfer isn't technically classified as degen. It's actually direct damage but it shares the same symbol

So it should work normally during lotan fight and I won’t have to worry about the degen damage from the storm

Take not that the synergy is 'Unique' debuff. So to gain 100%, you need 5 unique debuffs.

Suppression (1st Medium), Energy Vulnerability (3rd Light), Sunder (Heavy), Overload (SP1), Taunt (SP2)

It's easy to actually maintain at least 3 of them, so that's already 60%. It will definitely help against the degen. I brought Mr. Negative for my Photon during this fight, too.

She doesn't need the dupe. I also used Photon twice on my exploration. I used Count Nefaria for the other one for fun as he's also really effective for this fight.

The fight is relatively easy as long as you know what you need to do to gain Smite Charge (this one depends on the position of the storm) and how to remove Desecration per phase.

It is definitely one of the best boss fights out there. Enjoy!

She doesn't need the dupe. I also used Photon twice on my exploration. I used Count Nefaria for the other one for fun as he's also really effective for this fight.

I brought her and she worked, it's just you need to pray for crits otherwise she hits like a noodle.

Juggs doesn't work because she bans unstoppable and gains insane power because of it. Not a good idea.

Are there any other good counters cuz ik i cant bring torch cuz of insane energy resist how about kitty can she take the fight or nick or even herc or how about og witch with quicksilver synergy cuz i barely have any good science champs

It's a great practice...I took 4 phases out in one attempt with my photon.
Back and forth for 10 minutes

Post your science champs.

What I followed is, 2 champs to clear path and 3 science guys, at the choice node, swap for one more science champ.

Champs that have access to debuffs for different phases are the best. Luke silk spam and most other good science champ works.

the science champs I have are 7 star r1 Ant-Man 7r3 photon 6r4 quicksilver sig 40 and 6r5 ascended torch sig 60 those are the only science champs I have above 6 r1

Quicksilver will work because he have many debuffs like slow that'll help.
