A question regarding the ban wave situation and compensation

What determines whether or not you get the compensation for false ban/suspension? A good chunk of innocent players have not gotten their suspensions/bans lifted and if they have gotten a 7 day suspension it will expire today and players fear that they won't get compensated if they don't have their suspensions lifted (including me). For players that got a 30 day suspension, will they ever get their suspension lifted? I know the whole banwave situation thing has been done to death but I'm very concerned.

True but it's a proven fact that some innocents have been left out. No ban reversals were made past Monday and it's impossible to find all the innocent's in one day. It would be dumb for them just to work on a handful and then just throw everyone else to the side without even checking.

That is your interpretation. When they said they would continue investigating, it meant they would continue investigating why people who got their bans lifted were banned. It didn't mean they were searching for more false positives.
Taking someone's word is far from being a fact. Not accusing you, just saying it is not a fact.

No one past Monday talked about their account being reversed and there were multiple posts and discussions made about the reversal wave. After Monday the subject had been dropped and it's only reappearing now since a week has passed and some people aren't getting their accounts back despite showing stuff like Google accounts and where they downloaded the game. It would understandable that I was skipped if the topic was still mentioned but after Monday it's just been dropped.

Whether your ban is reversed or expires but is determined to be a false positive should have no impact on whether you get compensation or not, because the announcement stated that compensation was likely to happen over a week after the bans went out. So while perma bans that are false positives will get reversed eventually because they won't expire on their own, Kabam must have already know that temp bans could have expired before compensation went out.
