The compensation you guys Stated is for those who got lifted earlier like within 3 days what about others who are false ban and are still on it they are banned for extra 4 days how does this compensate for the extra days we were banned for absolutely nothing wrong we did

I can't say if the compensation is "balance" or not, as I think it is hard.

However I can say hindsight is a wonderful thing.

If anyone happened to remember (if they forget they always look back at the forum the last few days or their own comments section).

For those that were wrongfully banned for 3 or 7 days, it was just not being able to login and missing the rewards. It was the psychological emotional that come with it, the feeling being unfair treat, scared of losing something they love (or addicted too), something that they have dedicated years of their life, god know (well Kabam know) how much money put in, all of the exclusive champs they grinded for (D Thanos).

The unknown is scary, Kabam customer support was copy and paste reply, that essentially a big NO. Raids was about the start, AW and AQ was still going, Alliance members that relied on you. So what could have been a nice weekend, play a bit of Kabam and spend time whatever else they enjoy, become an emotional torture.

They turn to the forum and fellow community for help, and guess what, they got abused.

So for anyone that think it was a "Vacation", might want to rethink that. It is all great when people hear the word compensation, but it isn't as nice and rosie when it you are in the middle of the storm.

Also @Wrucebayne I don't remember Kabam said this is compensation for 3 days, it was just compensation for the unfair banned, so anyone was unfair banned they get this compensation. Might be too much work for Kabam to creat custom compensation package for different level of ban.

Anyway hope all have a good weekend, the game is up and running (no connection issue) so go an enjoy it.

Yes, brother, when we were banned, they didn't think we were worthy of pity, but they thought we deserved it. Now the compensation plan has come out and they want to be banned, but no one can understand how uncomfortable we are during the period of being banned. I log in every day from time to time to see if I have been released. In fact, I think it's disrespectful to make fun of the fact that we were banned for seven days.

I think it's bull that there giving a huge comp. package, 4500 units 30k radiance, any other time they compensate it's energy and revives maybe a crystal. This is unheard of and totally unjust!!! I was robbed of 3400 units in the glory store and never got it back!!!!! But your giving 4500 to people who you thought was cheating.

People who were falsely banned from very high-tier alliances lost 100k+ radiance from war season rewards. 4500 units is a lot, but its still somewhat balanced. The compensation needs to go above and beyond and that's what they did.

it's nice to know they can give good compensation, I was under the impression that their ability to assess compensation was in the gutters seeing how they handled the battleground one.

Since its general compensation, it should be aimed at compensating the people who were affected the most by their false ban. Thus it doesn't matter that not everyone was booted, because it should be aimed at making the people who were booted less upset. But I do agree that it did affect alliances too.

Thus it doesn't matter that not everyone was booted, because it should be aimed at making the people who were booted less upset. But I do agree that it did affect alliances too.

yea cuz alliances lost players they needed for raids war etc and this could cause their war rating to go down not earn as much glory as they would have etc
