Unfair 30 Day Ban
**"I have been playing the game for almost a year and I’m also an arena grinder. Just a few days ago, I received a ban that is for 30 days, 8 of which will be completed today. From what I’ve seen, many others got a 7-day ban, while I got a 30-day one — which doesn’t seem fair to me. But it is what it is.
Still, what’s done is done. However, July 4th is near, and I need to farm units. I’m an F2P (free-to-play) player and had managed to farm up to 26k units. So farming 4.5k units in a month is reasonable. But because of the ban, a lot of my items will also expire.
I’ve been requesting for a long time to get my account unbanned, but the Mcoc team isn’t listening. They just close my ticket and say that the issue is resolved.
Therefore, I respectfully request that my account be unbanned as soon as possible, because I still have 22 days left on the ban — which is unfair. Hackers are still using cheats and not getting banned, while poor players like us are being punished. If you can ban someone, you can also unban them.
