Well since I am pretty sure Isophyne had a run in arenas and had featured crystals, since she was ultimately given away for free anyway, the language here makes sense. It was the same case for Lumatrix - no crystals, no arenas. Has nothing to do with basic crystals down the road, where they will all eventually go.

Later on she said it was a fair possibility that they will change the way to get them like They are doing with the Deathless next year, she asked if was something about the new Battlegrounds currency and i just said probably

Yup just means exactly what it says they will not be available in arenas or featured crystals but i do remember specifically during isophynes intro livestream believe december they specifically said the eidols wont be in the titans but will eventually move to the basics we will find out soon enough if its when they woyld be going from the titan to basics since i think isophynes rotation is either this up coming or the one after that

Whoever this person is...I'm not sure where they're getting their info, but it's nonsense. There is one primary difference between deathless champs and Eidols - Eidols will go into the basic pool, deathless champs will not.
She is correct in one sense - the way you obtain the Eidol champs will change - but it's because they'll go to the basic pool. They've been clear that once an essence is gone it remains gone and the only other way to obtain Eidols will be in the basic pool sometime down the road.

Another point of incorrectness on her part - Kabam has not done anything to change how deathless champs are acquired. The process is identical - you need 5 pieces for each champ. They've changed how and where those pieces can be acquired, but the requirement remains the same. If she is going to lump that in with the Eidols, then she's already wrong because the deathless champs haven't changed while the Eidols will. If Eidols were to fit in form with the deathless champs, then it would mean they would need to re-release essences through other avenues, but as I said above, once an essence is gone, it's gone.

If I knew exactly where that info was, I'd share it, but I don't and I have no plans to go hunting for it. What I can say in defense for the correct argument is that access to Eidols has been a topic on and off here on the forums for months and has always been the same and never corrected by Kabam. Given the stuff that has been corrected, there is no question that at least Crashed would've been in here at some point to correct what has been the generally understood Eidol process.

All the Eidols will get into the basic crystal, and I assume it will be something like this, that they will get into the base pool when the group of titan crystals they are hypothetically in (for example, Lumatrix was replaced by Galan) gets there, but they didn't. So I think Isophyne will be there with the September pool update or a little later with Lumatrix next year (I think in June, but maybe a little earlier). Maybe it won't work that way, but it seems logical to me, because technically they're just being replaced by other champions in titan crystal.
They also said on the stream in April that there would be crystals with Eidols (like Isophyne, where you can get 7* for 300 units with some chance), as well as arenas on them, but later
