Banned without any violation – Still Waiting After 10 Days

Dear Kabam Team and Forum Members,

I’m posting this here after 10 long days of waiting, heartbreak, and complete helplessness. I was permanently banned during the June 6, 2025, ban wave — and despite being innocent, my account is still not restored.

In-Game Name: ÐR₳₲ØÑ會ÐYÑ₳ST¥

I’ve never used any third-party software, mods, or unauthorized game clients. I downloaded the game from official sources only.

Yet on June 6, I was permanently banned during a mass action affecting over 10,000 players. Kabam later acknowledged that their detection system may have caused false positives, and that innocent accounts would be reviewed, unbanned, and even compensated.

And yes, some players were unbanned after 7-day suspensions — but I wasn’t. I’m still locked out. My account was hit with a permanent ban, and I don’t know why.

30,000 BG Chips, 3,000 Elder Marks

Missed Alliance Wars, Alliance Quests, Raids, Glory Rewards

Expired Daily Tier 3 Alpha Crystals, Legendary Crystals

Missed Super Events, Milestones, and Special Titles


Every day I log in 10–15 times, hoping I’ll be unbanned — hoping I’ll at least be heard. I sent multiple respectful support tickets explaining I’ve never used third-party tools. I was told it’s being investigated… but how long will that take? My in-game rewards are expiring. My effort is going to waste. My passion is being punished.

> “Let a thousand culprits go free, but never punish one innocent person.”



Right now, I am that innocent person. Being permanently banned without fault is painful beyond words.

I understand mistakes happen. But what hurts the most is how long it’s taking to correct them. If Kabam could ban 10,000 players instantly with a new detection system, shouldn’t there be a faster way to unban the innocent?

This isn’t just a game for me. It’s something I loved, invested in, and cared deeply about. I’m heartbroken. I’m exhausted. I just want my account back. I want to play again.

Please Kabam, look into my account again. You have all the data. You can verify the truth.
