Kabam Support

Is anyone else trying to submit a ticket to Kabam Support to appeal a ban, but they just straight up mark it solved?

Man, they always answer the same stupid message and don't solve anything, I'd give up. This is some of the worst support I've ever seen, I've been trying to get help for years and it's always the same.
I recommend not even trying, it's less frustrating.

I've been trying to contact them by keeping tickets open by re-asking about the issue then they close it without replying.

Guess they're busy? 🤷‍♂️
