So I was expecting compensation when I heard others finally getting there in the mail because I got banned for no reason and the problem on my ticket was marked as #solved and then my ticket was closed and now I'm only left with questions. I use an android phone (the main brand of device that was affected by the ban wave) didn't download the game from a 3rd party software, I sent a video of my settings to my ticket as proof so I don't even know why I didn't get my ban lifted nor do I know why I didn't get the comp and now I'm just annoyed.

In all seriousness:

Delete the app and clear your cache. Disconnect from any and all vpns.

Click screen record, then do the following:

Click the appropriate link, and ONLY the appropriate link, from the official site:

Follow all steps as prompted to download the game via approved methods. Boot up the game, login and perform a few test tasks.

You now should have video evidence of installing a legitimate copy from approved sources. Stick to playing that version, and if this issue pops up again you'll have direct evidence. Good luck.

Well thanks this helps. Still don't know what to do about my current case but at least I have something just in case some more BS shows up.
