Epoch of pain

Hey guys, I've completed the epoch of pain 6 times, but the quest shows 96% exploration.. is there anything wrong that has been done from my side and possible solution..pls summoners guide me..

You skipped the second science/tech gate and must have done the other one twice. You’ll need to run it again and go through that gate first exploration.
