I didn't get 7 days compensation package
I was banned for full 7 days
I am an android user
I am not the only who didn't get it me , some of my alliance member ( the leader himself didn't get it lol) and even some of my friends like WTH?!!

The compensation was for the people who were suspended for 3 days.
Who said it was for the people who got their ban lifted earlier? I didn't see any forums or posts saying this
You are not getting a cookie after the time out.
Do you guys even understand the difference between bans getting lifted vs serving your full ban.
Compensation is only for players with 3 Day bans.
7 day bans gets nothing.
So those people knew that they were ones whose ban was overturned, and could assume they would get the Comp package.
After that, there *may* have been additional bans, which were NOT determined to have been unjust until after their 7 day ban ran out.
If so, then just those additional people who Kabam determined later were unjustly banned would be getting the Comp package too.
But it is NOT going out to EVERYONE who was banned. Just the people who Kabam determined were banned in error.
You are missing the comp and you aint getting any.
As long as you realise that you are not supposed to get compensation. It's only for people whose bans got lifted.
Secondly , someone saying yeah they give the compensation to people who has their accounts lifted earlier , so u are saying that anyone other than those would be a modder , OK then why did they get their accounts back ha? If u are OK that people who got just 3 days ban get the compensation and the people who got the full 7 days - which they are a LOOOOOT of innocent people - don't get the compensation , this is unfair and should be considered
And yeah your sh**y banwave that actually increased the number of hackers not decrease lol like someone yesterday beat the **** out of my 5 rank 5 ascended sig 160 serpent with a rank 2 ironman in 33 sec 🤣 😆
Please kabam give me a reasonable response for not getting the compensation rewards

The people who got comp, got it because they were already assessed to be false bans — hence the ban being lifted early. You have yet to receive it, because either they have yet to see if your ban was a false positive or not. If you are confident that you were false ban, then it means you just have to wait till the finish checking the thousand of other accounts before they get to yours.
Rich is the same situation.
Lastly, the ban for 7 days wasn’t just explicitly for modders but also tho who downloaded the app from
A third party source. These, as far as I’m aware are not being recognised as a false bans and will not be receiving the comp.
And man I have every right to be outrageous😂😂like it took them like 20 days and still didn't complete their investigation lol
