Unclaimed compensation package

I don't find any reason for not claiming it like even modders who got their accounts back got it 😂😂😂

I pretty much suffer from the same situation. I thought the dots would connect but apparently they don't. Still don't know what I did wrong.

If your ban didn't get lifted they think you cheated or they are still reviewing accounts.
The compensation was for the people who were suspended for 3 days.

Do you guys even understand the difference between bans getting lifted vs serving your full ban.

Compensation is only for players with 3 Day bans.
7 day bans gets nothing.

They only took one day to check for false positives and they are unable to give me any feedback of why my suspension wasn't lifted nor why I didn't get compensation. You are missing a frontal lobe if you don't think there aren't any red flags in that.

The first round of Comp packages went to people whose bans were overturned PRIOR to the end of their (7-day or whatever) sentence.
So those people knew that they were ones whose ban was overturned, and could assume they would get the Comp package.

After that, there *may* have been additional bans, which were NOT determined to have been unjust until after their 7 day ban ran out.
If so, then just those additional people who Kabam determined later were unjustly banned would be getting the Comp package too.

But it is NOT going out to EVERYONE who was banned. Just the people who Kabam determined were banned in error.

As long as you realise that you are not supposed to get compensation. It's only for people whose bans got lifted.

I just have trouble believing that. If you try to ask for support they auto respond to you and count your case as #solved with absolutely 0 updates on the situation. If you didn't get your accounts suspension lifted then it is impossible for you to get ANY feedback or updates on the situation and you are just left waiting for something to happen, which might never happen. It'd be fine if I knew I didn't get the compensation because they are still investigating but that's hard to believe that's the case when they just drop the subject completely.

Guys first of all the banwave had actually banned a lot of modders with permanent ban + even I am a modder this banwave would get my account permanently banned not just getting it back after the 7 days and it is not just me who didn't get the compensation Richtheman , the youtuber himself , has his another account banned and didn't get it lol so any goofy ass one saying that I am modder , please give your self 10 seconds to think

Secondly , someone saying yeah they give the compensation to people who has their accounts lifted earlier , so u are saying that anyone other than those would be a modder , OK then why did they get their accounts back ha? If u are OK that people who got just 3 days ban get the compensation and the people who got the full 7 days - which they are a LOOOOOT of innocent people - don't get the compensation , this is unfair and should be considered

Genuinely asking, how do you put your shoes on the correct way with this level of cognitive ability. It was already stated to you.

The people who got comp, got it because they were already assessed to be false bans — hence the ban being lifted early. You have yet to receive it, because either they have yet to see if your ban was a false positive or not. If you are confident that you were false ban, then it means you just have to wait till the finish checking the thousand of other accounts before they get to yours.

Rich is the same situation.

Lastly, the ban for 7 days wasn’t just explicitly for modders but also tho who downloaded the app from
A third party source. These, as far as I’m aware are not being recognised as a false bans and will not be receiving the comp.

@Lokx so u are saying that didn't complete their investigation and the accounts that got their compensation has been approved that they were falsely banned ?

And man I have every right to be outrageous😂😂like it took them like 20 days and still didn't complete their investigation lol

Email Kabam support and ask to talk to Chris, he is the manager of support and gives actual responses and not just pre written scripts like a lot of the other support members do.

That’s the best I can do, you are wasting your time talking about it in here, nobody here can help you.

I did that and they already sent me some written scripts this was exactly why I wrote here complaining
