Didn't get compensation

Dear Team,

My Account Suspended for 7 days the reason is for third party Software but I didn't use any third-party software and I didn't get any compensation.

    You are not going to get any compensation unless Kabam lifted your ban before it was supposed to expire.

    They did say that the comp could still go to more accounts after the fact if they found in their investigation that those accounts were also wrongfully suspended and they just didn't catch it yet. But I would guess that that process should be done by now.

    Yeah it sucks just pray that they will actually do something about it.
