Rogue and Recoil mastery

Has anyone used Rogue while running recoil? Interested to know is she gained or lost health with her SP1 and recoil level 1. Thanks.

Recoil applies after the sp1 is completed... so she will gain health from her sp1 and then losses once recoil is applied.
