Exactly as described, having to fight the same fight in a quest repeatedly until I have to quit the quest. I’m glad this never happened in Necropolis!

    Once, years and years ago. The solution for me at the time was to force close the game client and restart, and the next fight was the last. It is probably a very rare client out of sync issue, I haven't seen it myself in a very long time.

    Had this happen to me around 1.5 years ago when I abruptly switched devices for a time. Happened exclusively in story content (I was in act 7 at the time) and the monthly EQ. The solution was to just grind other modes for a few days, then by the next game update it was fine
