Today by mistake I clicked 3k units offer twice lost my 6k units and got silly 5*, and 6* dupes for 6k units please kabam I need my units back for today's deals....Plz respond fast ..

Maybe if you didn’t open them they could’ve done something. But since they were opened, they won’t refund anything

You shouldn't have opened the crystals. You wont get refunded cause you opened them. I did the same thing and got 10 crystals for 3,00 units. BUT, i didn't open them and got my units back.

You "accidentally" spent 3k units on crystals, then opened said crystals, didn't get what you wanted and now want your units back? Lmao

You needed to not open them and submit a ticket to Kabam. They would have took back the unopened crystals and refunded your units.

In game settings you can go to support, but I'm telling you with 100% confidence they will not refund your units after you opened the crystals. Everyone would do that then and gamble with free money and ask for a refund when they didn't get lucky and get the featured 7 star champ.

the bad thing is that if you click on it once, you immediately buy it instead of first getting a confirmation whether you really want to buy those crystals or not. Big mistake by kabam in my opinion im glad i was carefully

Leave the game then nobody will care about you first tell me how can we trust you and you might have opened it intentionally thinking to get 7 star but you didn't got any and then you posted in forum in thought of getting those units back just because you didn't got 7 star
Bro if you were smart you would have just never opened those crystals and then came to forum and ask about the issue and we could have suggested you to contact support and you would have gotten your units back.
