Objectively I’d say Medusa due to her immunities and her Utility not being locked behind match-ups.
Subjectively I’d say Scream because her play style is much more fun and unique and her design is crazy fun. But Medusa is indeed the simpler and more flexible champ and recency bias in this community makes Scream look better yet it’s a very minimal difference.
