Spent Money and now Blocked

Just spent a significant amount of money on heat wave. And all of a sudden there are locks on the store and my inventory, but no communication to me. Very demotivating to spend you hard earned money on something you enjoy and something like this happens.

Can you get into the store by tapping on your units?
It almost seems like they blocked you to review something fishy, but can't really say as this really seems to be a first.
