Banned Accounts

Kabam, my 10 years old account got banned permanently without me doing anything at all! I played on this account since the game started, then stopped for about 4 years and came back and was almost hitting valiant until all of a sudden you decided to ban my account permanently with NO evidence that I've been using any cheats! I submitted 3 different support requests and all I got was that you are going to address it in forums, it's been a month and I haven't gotten my account back! IDK what I did wrong to deserve this, I loved this game so much and played it for so long and it's so unfair to just take that away from me like this!
