Unable to Link my account help needed

Hello,
My name is Jason and I’ve been playing this game since 2015. Through the years I’ve played a ton and have spent a significant amount of money on the game. Through this time I took multiple breaks, but last year I finally became Valiant. This is where my frustrations began. After so much hard work I realized I was not able to get Valiant daily crystals, which at the time was a huge upgrade. Apparently the new “Summoner’s Market” is the only way of getting these, and many exclusive offers and rewards. For some reason, O was never able to connect to the store due to not knowing what email I had linked my account to. The most logical thing to try was to try my GameCenter email and that did not work. After multiple attempts with no success I decided to reach out to Kabam. Of course, there is no way for me to talk to a real person so all I get sent is a questionnaire to link a new email, which I answer to the best of my ability (even providing photo evidence of everything). Their response is always just “something is incorrect” but I have no idea what and they won’t help. It is super frustrating seeing how many people can take advantage of their proper rewards and exclusive deals and I don’t get to have those perks due to not getting help from Kabam to link my account to a proper email. I have reached out to Kabam’s email “support” four times now with no success.
Does anyone have any ideas of what else to try? Or in the odd chance that a Kabam employee sees this, could I please get some proper help to be able to enjoy this game as it is intended?

Then open the game, settings> log-in options> kabam account & put the email & password.
Then it should say "account already linked. would you like to sign-in with this account?". Tap "yes" & it'll log you out of GameCenter.
Then login to Summoners Market using that kabam account & you'll get the daily crystal
