BG Solo rewards

I got the alliance rewards but not the solo rewards . i started from diamond 3 and end upto vibranium 1 as it ur 6. Mine solo score was 246k. I want my solo reward asap. I hope game creators might show some interest. I have Same issue with my Alt ftp account..

To add to this, you also don't get radiance rewards for Uru 6 if you didn't play at least one match after reaching it.
So if you hit Vib 1 and then didn't touch the mode again, then all you get is alliance rewards.
