Urgent Bug Report – Missing Market Points from Heat Wave Sale Purchases

Dear Support Team,

My name is Long, currently residing in Australia (Timezone: GMT+10).
My in-game name is Longlongkid, and my email address is totrustinleo.ng@gmail.com.

I’m writing to urgently report a critical bug that has prevented me from claiming all milestone rewards in the current Heat Wave Market Event.

Earlier today, I spent a total of $806.50 AUD on your web store, purchasing the following:
• 4x Odin Valiant – Heat Wave Sale Bundles
(Including 3410 Units, Titan Nexus Crystals, and T7 Catalysts)
• 1x Odin Paragon – Heat Wave Sale Bundle
(Including 3410 Units, 7-Star Nexus Hero Crystal, etc.)

Based on this, I should have received 1000 Market Points in total, which is more than enough to unlock all the milestone rewards from the event.

However, despite refreshing and relogging multiple times, my account currently only shows 524 Market Points, meaning I am missing 500 Market Points. Because of this, I am unable to claim the final milestones, including:
• 7-Star Human Torch
• 7-Star Awakening Gem
• Rank 3–4 Gem
• Titan Nexus Crystal

This issue is extremely distressing, especially given the significant amount of money I just spent, and the fact that the event is set to end in just over 7 hours.

I kindly ask that your team investigate this issue as soon as possible and help resolve it in time so I can receive the rewards I rightfully earned.

Nope you got the correct amount of points. Its only 100 per Odin for each track.
100 to the heatwave and 100 to the normal track.

Also delete your email from this thread. You don't want the diabolical people on here having your info (me)

Below shows how many points towards the Market vs the Loyalty.

Curious, in the past, it used to confuse everyone because it actually said 2 lines of the same thing for Bonus Points.
So like 100 + 100, each for different trackers.
Which is what I assumed this person at top was confused about.

But here it is only showing that ONE TIME (just a single 100 points).

Did they recently change that to avoid confusion ??

(the Loyalty one is clearly different at 700 instead of 100, and spelled out that it is for a different progress)

*more curious is that there seems to be an extra 1 hour in which to claim the new upcoming Weekly Free one to top off a milestone if someone was 6 points short
