Angela Morningstar Synergy

Can someone explain how Angela benefits from her synergy with Morningstar? The synergy is supposed to grant 30% buff duration for both champs, but Angela is hardwired to lose certain buffs once she crosses each power threshold. Outside of her regen, I can’t see how this synergy is supposed to help her. There does not seem to be a way to maximize the 30% increase.

    i think that synergy is buggy, it never worked, both champs are my most used champs at r5/r4 5* and i don't really feel a buff time increase
    But bringing something to kabam never helps, so i didn''t bother.
