Raid and map selection bug

Hello. Are we the only alliance that has asked to start with the nightmare raid map? In the end, the map was changed and we started with the normal raid, when it launched on 2025-07-07. Because of this bug, we lost the 7* character selector token. We made a request to Kabam, but they are doing nothing.

    When did you attempt to setup for Nightmare ? (Those 1st couple days last week, when Setup was broken and not saving changes) ?

    Were you previously (persistently) setup for Normal Raids on raids week ?

    Are you sure no other officer came along afterwards and changed it ?

    Are you sure you didn’t change it too late (when this week already began, so setting up Next week for Nightmare really won't be until Next week) ?

    Was there a disagreement between officers, or an officer just looking around that mistakenly set it back to Normal) ?

    Did people actually confirm before the week started that it was setup correctly for Nightmare ?

    Did the person changing it not press SAVE afterwards ?

    everything was set, that group 1, nightmare raid, group 2, normal raid and group 3 nightmare raid. no officer and leader touched we made the changes Sunday the 6th. but afterwards the raid images were bugged but we did not pay attention and when the raid started on 2025-07-07 we fell 2 normal raid groups instead of 2 nightmare groups and 1 normal group.

    Ok, which raid images, where ?

    AQ panel on main Fight Menu ? Which are often inaccurate, saying not enlisted on a given day, or changing between saying Raids is here or coming when in middle of AQ series and no raids that week or even next week (at times).

    Or the accurate 3 BG x 7 days panels in AQ setup itself, were somehow inaccurate ? (or actually accurately telling you that something happened and your setup was 2 Normal and only 1 Raids (that would indicate action needed to restore the correctly desired setup if that is not what you wanted).

    Just a note, Kabam confirmed that the 7* tokens are in the final chest of both raids difficulties.

    The image was that of the nightmare raid but marked raid. We said that it was normal and that we were registered for the nightmare raid. When the raid started on 2025-07-07 we saw that it was the normal raid. We wanted the nightmare raid. We want to have the 4 selector tokens for the 7* character. If it's true that we can have them in a normal raid. Ok, we'll accept the normal raid for the first week, hoping that it's true.

    Basically, there was a bug with the Nightmare Raid, we just want to make 2 Nightmare groups and a normal group. When setting up the maps, everything was fine. When it started on Monday, we had 2 normal groups and a Nightmare. The problem doesn't come from our leader or the officers. The images were buggy and the name said Nightmare Raid. And everything was ok on Sunday when we checked the maps. We just want to make our Nightmare Raid and get the token. We're wasting our time because of Kabam and their bug. We just want to make the Nightmare Raid. Thank you. Our members are disgusted, several of us are filing tickets to try to fix your mistake. Thank you for helping us.

    You're talking about compensation, because of bugs like our alliance had.
