Good afternoon! I am the player of account melom111, and I've been playing your game for over 8 years now. Your work has become a deeply meaningful part of my life. Unfortunately, after a recent cleanup, my account was flagged for violations.

I admit that when I first started playing your game, I tried a third-party application, for which I received a temporary ban. Since then, for many years, I have played exclusively through the official app, manually, and have periodically made in-app purchases.

As I work as a pilot and travel to different cities and countries, your game has always complemented my daily routine. I suspect that my use of a VPN (specifically Amnezia VPN, which only provides VPN functionality) might have been misinterpreted by your system as third-party app usage. Therefore, I kindly request a review of the decision regarding my account.

    If support team cannot help, then forums definitely won't be able too. VPNs don't get you banned. It's been proven time and again.

    My account was falsely banned despite using the official app. Support only sends template replies without solving anything. Maybe forum staff can actually check this — especially since VPN shouldn’t affect anything, meaning it’s yet another glitch from the new system.
