Just another case of trying to reinvent the wheel when "round" was perfectly fine. I thoroughly enjoyed the previous 2 valiant gauntlets using the crucible format, it was genuinely fun. But they just couldn't leave a good thing alone.

    Way better format than the last two. Not sure why Kabam makes it so crucible regens your hp for every swap yet the Valiant EQ forces you to use potions and revives. One is endgame content and the other is BGs health pools.

    Your health doesn’t get topped up in the new one either. When you swap new champs in they start with whatever health the previous champ had

    On the second part of the moleman quest it forced me to use skill champs... isn't it supposed to be science/mutant?

    After completing the first quest for valiant gauntlet, “irritating” is the best overall assessment I can come up with.

    The format is weird. What’s the idea with repeating the same boss four times? I heard them mention on the stream is there was something interesting about the concept. But it just seemed repetitive and odd.

    One champ, one fight, crucible style was working just fine. If people can’t put together 12 or 13 decent champs from each class, then they shouldn’t play this content.

    I will take blame on this, I asked what was the point of them wasting time on synergies when a lot of the content was single based champ gauntlets and stuff lol. Yay 3 champs!
    (I hate this and its bugged so I can't even rush it to get it over and forget about it)

    I feel bad for Paragons now, they gave em access to the previous one, and this month it has some awful rewards lol

    Yeahhhhhh. After doing just the first one, it wasn’t terrible. I only have three problems with it:
    1. I don’t like the fact of having to fight the boss three times with the same node. Kinda dumb and irritating esp when it’s psychoman constantly putting concussion on you
    2. The nodes need to work with who is available in the class required to take in. For example, there’s only a handful of champs that counter evade WELL - in the skill class, so mix master with some pretty potent defenders like spiral don’t go well. It would be different if it was a number of classes so you could bring in champs like bastion with pursuit. I also could not get the AI to throw specials and got backed in the corner way more times than I should have…you know it’s bad when you’re dexing for over two minutes just to get backed in a corner…and I had no idea Okoye had that kind of special reach. Just wasted revives imo at that point.
    3. If they are going to implement reusing a champ, PLEASE TAKE OUT THE STUPID 20% degen - at that point it’s not even worth reusing unless they’re just an absolute nuke or you’re near the end

    This is just my opinion. I understand it’s supposed to be for people with large rosters and valiants (which I am), but at the same time it shouldn’t take over 5 min for a fight.

    The second iteration of the quest was the best and most fun, no more experiments needed.

    Tbh,..was a bit of a knee jerk reaction on my part.
    The quest is quite easy (if you do it the right way) as you said.
