titania intimidate now completely not working after update

Defenders are now throwing their special attack every single time while intimidated this is happening twice per fight while being double intimidated, instead of fixing the issue it is now 1 million times worse and titania is completely useless.

    Agreed, thought I was losing my mind when Onslaught went 4/4 on special 3s when using Titania against him costing me BG matches
