I used my Company's Email for my Account and now I can't access it and I want to change it.

Dear Kabam,
I opened my Alt account using my company email address, but I left about a year ago, and I never tried to change it, mostly because there was never any need to. Now that we are registering for Twitch drops for the fest event, I need to change it to a more accessible email address. I have tried using the Account management website, but it kept saying the reset was sent to that email, which I no longer have access to, and from my last check with them, the company replacement for me has had the email changed to his name.
What can I do, please?
