Communication from Kabam needs to improve DRAMATICALLY!

I'm going to keep this short. Why would I continue to spend on this game when I can't count on the developer to communicate important information? The way the rollout of summoners fest has taken place so far is indefensible.
Want to improve player engagement in raids? I suggest let players know that there will be an event where it is basically essential to play raids if they wish to complete said event.
Additionally, you can just go ahead and scrap realm events. With the exception of road to the crypt the only thing realm events have ever done is piss off players. Not unify them.
Due to the lack of communication I believe the event should be restructured in some way so players WHO WERE NOT TOLD they needed to play raids can still reach the top milestones without spending "Usafa money".
And before all of you Kabam Stans start white knighting answer me this.
Do you know where all of your research grants are coming from to get Mr. Fantastic?

What about the shatter essence for Solvarch?
Yes!
Were you told ahead of time?
Yes!
Did Kabam even have Cat Murdock prepare an infographic for it?
Yes!
Then why should this event be any different?
