make this count for all his attacks and reduce the combat power rate reduction to 40%
His Metal fights also cannot evade or Auto Block
increase in 2,5% the chances of getting prowess in the basic attack, 7,5% per change
A personal addition is the S3 Cruelty pauses all prowess till it expire and gains a precision that gains more potency based on how many prowess you have, not needed but i would like the S3 to be more reliable
