Battle Ground

Hello Kabam Team,

I’d like to respectfully bring up an issue I’ve been facing in Battlegrounds matchmaking.

My account rating is around 3 million, but I’m constantly being matched against opponents with 10 million+ ratings. This creates a major imbalance and makes the fights feel completely one-sided — almost impossible to win.

Please consider adjusting the matchmaking system to ensure opponents are within a reasonable range, instead of allowing such extreme gaps.
Right now, it feels like sending a rocket to fight the Hulk — it just doesn’t make sense.

I appreciate all the work your team does, and I hope you can look into improving this part of the experience.

Where are this 3 mill rating accounts (most irrelevant game stat ever) whenever I am playing?!

I think matchmaking should be measured on the number of ranked characters. same amount r4 and r3. its unfair otherwise. and its not relevant if you are in diamonds or vibranium…

Right and that just cuts the competition in half for more higher level players leading to longer load times even though everyone is chasing the same rewards...

Podrian verificar tambien a parte de lo desparejo que son los rivales muchos usan hack y se nota por que tienen niveles bajos y 6* en R2 o R3 que se bajan a 7* en R3 sin perder vida. Sirve de algo realizar la denuncia a los jugadores? por que resultados no noto y cuesta mucho pasar a Diamante 1
