Can't sign into anything

Okay so I was in Epoch of Pain and made it to ares, I was using the ensnare on okoye to do the death by debuffs path and thought it was easier to dex on computer so I was doing it all there but then I made it to ares and I didn't know how to dodge his minigun sp2 so I was gonna go back to my phone. I close out the launcher then open it on my phone. All my progress is gone but so are all my resources that I used. I cannot login to send a ticket because it says my info is wrong but it's the same info I'm using on the webstore to login. Like the only way I logged in here was via the webstore link to the forums. It's not letting me send a ticket and I just don't know what to do.
