when will new 5* January champs be released?

I know they get released with the first maintanence of the month but last time it ended up being the second Tuesday so will we get the champs on the 2nd/3rd or do we have to wait for the 9th/10th?

    I’m pretty sure the new champs come out like this:
    1st champ 5th-10th
    2nd champ 21st-24th
    If I’m wrong plz don’t kill me
