Are lucky players legends?

Just as the title suggests...are lucky players Legends? I personally, do not think so. I EARNED my Legends title. I believe a tile is in order, but maybe a horseshoe? A 4-leaf clover? Deck of cards? In any event, I have lost respect for the Legends title.

I don't even want to say how many energy refills I've used in the attempt to get a legend title from the new mode... Either I suck at this mode or you need to get extremely lucky to get one of those hands.

I'm open to either (or both) being true.

Why so salty? I EARNED my recruitment legends title yesterday by playing for forty minutes, using 80 energy, and picking the right cards to swap 🤷‍♂️

I got the title. It was an objective set by kabam, and I met the requirements. Isn’t that what anyone else has done for the title, however presented?

However, maybe it could have been called something else, poker themed maybe for this event.

Honestly some people are up to about 3 mil score in the cards event and haven’t got the title yet.

That’s way more grinding than we had to do for our eq legend titles and more spending on refills.

Some people got lucky but for the most part, it would be more work getting the card legend title

I got incredibly lucky and got a title within the first hour of the event. I already had an incursion one where you couldn’t be carried it had to be solo - arguably more effort in that one but to be fair - I had to push with a few revives to make it.

Both are meaningless and yet very satisfying - so I understand the FOMO. I can only wish Good luck to all - it’s definitely just a matter of time.

I did a solo incursions run with Herc. I got lucky that I got some incursions revives from somewhere and the nodes didn’t roadblock me. *shrugs*

I've never viewed legends titles as being skill. If you had corvus suicides a bunch of energy refills and an iPhone. You got a Legends title.

Nobody is at 3 million points. People have barely started reaching one million points. If you're grinding for the title you would be playing the 10 energy version too so it wouldn't even be possible to reach 3 million points in a week.

Who said I'm jealous of anyone's phone? I only mentioned it because it was crucial to have a high-end device to cut down on load times during those speedruns. Doesn't mean it was an impressive feat either, and I would know because I did that legend run too.

You basically need a Royal Flush…I’ve been playing poker for years, never got one of those. Straight Flush is the closest I’ve gotten. Even that is 1 in 73,000 hands.

According to the internet, the chance is 1 to 650,000 for a Royal Flush. If you play 20 hands per hour, it will take 8 hours x 5 days per week x 15+ years, to get through 650,000 hands….just give up

Although you might think an incursion or speed-run title is "not impressive at all", many do, and even if not, at least it was actual gameplay, not RNG (luck) that EARNED a player, the title.

I am almost on 30k points, what do you guys think the cutoff would be for 3 rank points this week? That’s pretty much all I wanted from this event.

I have a Legends title on my main via incursion years ago when a 5* Herc was enough with a bit of luck. Sometimes I feel like I don’t deserve it as I just completed Road to the Labyrinth and Realm of Legends last month but don’t to do the hard stuff like Gauntlet or Epoch.

I was able to EARN my Poker Legend title and won’t be able to display it because I’m a Veteran… this sucks… Kabam should make it interchangeable and also the ability to deactivate (for those salty ones that couldn’t get a lucky hand…).
