Requesting a Re-issuance of Alliance Raid Rewards

I have two questions.
First, my account has never logged into the forum, and it was inexplicably banned. I request to unban it. Second, because my account was banned, I can only log in with my friend's account to make requests. My second week of the alliance raid has been completed, but because I did not log in to the game while waiting for my teammates to clear the level, my teammates failed to receive the rewards of the alliance raid in time after the final boss, especially the "7-star saga champion selector token". I hope it can be reissued.
