    To the Kabum workers: Do better, even though you won’t read this and you won’t do better, I just felt the need to get that off my chest.

    As has been stated dozens of times, we read everything.
    Will we get any information on the Doombots' abilities, regarding their colors? We only know about red and green and does this information even make sense so that some character can counter them more effectively? Even the Human Torch is BURNING LOL

    swore I’d never use this line, but… I’m not mad, just disappointed.

    I want some trophy 2*s, and who wouldn’t want a titan. plus regular 7* shards along the way. cool.
    absolutely NOT skill gated content. overshot that one, but cool.
    we got a month, so hopefully 81 more entries as of now? cool?

    we do NOT have enough info internally about how to build and strategize. FFPoker at least explains the poker aspect, the “buffs” for suits (odd/ even/ red/ green), plus we know what the opponents are. we HAVE them at some rarity, or can look at them in game as unowned (if you actually had problems with the opponents???). THIS is just a guessing game as to which masteries are gonna be relevant, who to prioritize. also the Rogue-like rando chances for mods along the way. IS THAT enough entries? how quickly can we expect to develop?

    as we develop masteries in this, runs should get longer, correct? increase survivability, push farther, right? so we have a month of non-interactive grinding for this, on top of grinding in the MCOC world series of 2* poker, plush arena if we’re cheap and need units, plus BG if we wanna be relevant, plus AQ/ AW if we’re in an alli. feel like I’m going to be running this while thinking “there’s other things I should be doing right now”, literally staring at a timer that’s keeping us out of other content?

    “monetized right out the gate” may be a reach, but it’s ONLY because we got ZERO expectations as to how completable the content is? are you gonna pick up that Titan pretty well regardless if you run daily? do we need to be smarter about our (poorly informed) choices from the start? how much luck goes into hitting the top milestone? right now P2W is people trying to get the final prize early, with cash, it none of us know if it’s reasonable for F2P, or even casual spenders, to reach that point. we got no clue where the goalposts are on this, which is why we’re freaking the **** out.

    potentially cool idea, probably bad timing, bad implementation, and lacking support so far? even if the script for the series was kinda junk, Cap’n Sam did say it well in this case; “Do better.”

    Well, I ll try to put a bit more balanced view.

    The idea of small event based browser mini games inside MCoC is not that terrible. Just remember people want to play MCoC not something else. So those mini games should be:
    1. Really optional. Meaning they should not contain any important rewards like the saga Research Grants now. If people want to play some time for fun with a chance to get 1000 7* shards thats ok. If they dont they will not miss much.
    2. The games should require some really small time investment like 10 min per day max. This time you basically ask players to spend like 30 min each day for 27 days straight in a basically long and boring game mode that has nothing to do with MCoC itself.
    3. The gameplay should not be that tedious and, as I mentioned, boring.

    So if you want to put for example a browser slot machine or something similar inside MCoC for the CyberWeekend with some nice but not fantastic prizes and 3 free spins daily for every player that would certainly be welcomed and appreciated. If you want to force people to play a real second game most have absolutely no interest in - you ll get the response you are getting today.

    Then pls what r u guys doing to fix this?? Like pls at the very least make it an actual roguelite and maybe yeah monetize the mastery points I've got no problem with that and that way it doesn't literally make the game unplayable

    Hmmm i just did the calculations. We got 84 tries in total, we need 69 tries to get the Titan crystals(assuming you don't lose once) though that leaves 15 extra tries. The 69 tries equates to 23 days, which is not as bad as i thought but i hate having to wait just to get a reward, like why y'all always putting some sort of entry restriction, it's not like it's different fights it's just the same thing over and over again.

    it is not even opening on my pc I am trying so many times to play but it always takes me outside the game and stuck on loading screen each and every time.

    This content is bad.It give only 3 tokens and not a full control of the champ.It have no revives so, frustrated gameplay and completion by all chapters than you can enter shatter mode which only have good rewards .so, I request you guys don't install this type games and i forgot about when I play 10 second it's gonna glitch.😡😡😡. Worst content 👎👎👎

    I've already cleared stage 2 twice but when I go back in, it's not cleared

    same problem, not just with me even my alliance members are facing this issue ,the token are being used up but we are stuck on same chapter also no mastery points either😐

    They could've just did a beat 'em up type game. Make an extra long map. Your character moves forward until a doombot appears, the map freezes, and you fight the doombot with normal mcoc gameplay. After the fight you walk forward to the next fight.

    Could still have the 8 fights. Sticks with the MCOC fighting style. Been more like an arcade game. Maybe even had a tap here to insert more coins for a revive system.

    What we have now feels more like a flash game or playable mobile game ad.

    (Idk if any of this is actually possible with whatever engine they design the game in though.)

    I am not liking it I am not getting the 7* shards in progression I am doing the shatter runs with the champs. However no 7* I am getting the unit and 2* bot progression but no 7* shards. I am basically wasting tokens doing this mode. I can not be the only one this is happening to please advise me on what the fix is for this. I would like to get what others are getting doing this new mode

    Stalls and freezes nonstop. I can’t even get in the game mode. When I do, I get two rounds into the first stage and it freezes again, forcing me to quit out and lose any progress. Guess I won’t be able to play this thing lol. Anyone else going through the same thing?

    @KabamPinwheel if I can’t access the game how can I play? The rewards and experience are totally missed by me and I’ll have to sit by and watch for 26 more days . I’m on a 6th generation iPad, running the latest OS

    What a buggy, dumb gamemode. Literally no testing was done on this AT ALL. just wasted two of my things on the fourth quest and upgraded masteries. bc of the garbage design i accidentally hit the x while clicking on teamwork masteries and it literally erased all the masteries i upgraded. didn't give back the mastery points OR the resource used to enter the quests. Actually insane how little this mode must have been tested before putting it out. Struggle to not be angry what a horrible waste of time.

    This has to be the worst typenof content I have played in recent memory. The 3 token limit a day, the fact it redirects you to a random window. I was choosing my masteries at the end of a run, and clicked the X instead of the back arrow by mistake, lost my token and my masteries. This specific game mode is so **** terrible, its making me reconsider playing at all. It is that bad.

    Only reason I'm continuing on day 2 is for the rewards. There's nothing fun or engaging about this mode IMO.

    So after playing yesterday and today I can say that I really really don’t understand the point of this mode.

    I initially hoping it be a bit of a Streets of Rage mode similar to how Tekken introduced its Tekken Force mode. Then seeing the video thought it would be a like a turn based Final Fantasy mode. Multiple attackers, take on multiple defenders. You choose the attack type, which buffs to use and when, which debuffs and who to attack.

    Having an auto play game mode is like auto fighting Realm Of Legends for health pots. No one enjoys it, it’s not fun, but it’s a means to an end. You do it whilst working or watching a movie.

    But why you choose to introduce a mode like this? It’s a mode that requires no interaction from the ‘player’, requires no skill, is not fun. I’ll be honest I paid £9.99 for the bundle and supercharged Human Torch. I was on the game earlier in a coffee shop, reading a book, ignoring the it totally, picking any random buff between rounds, ignore the special mini game. It involved almost no interaction and makes me question therefore what’s the point if I’m not even looking at it whilst it’s running, even when it wasn’t supercharged it was the same, not bothering to look just waiting inbetween round to pick a buff.

    I need to do this another 40 times to get the Titan shards. Obviously the rewards shouldn’t be given for free, but you’ve introduced a new mode that is a marathon of doing nothing, except for draining my phones battery and still causing my phone to overheat.

    I can understand more if you wanted to make the rewards available and we had to do ten thousand rounds of arena, as at least arena is already in the game.

    I do not understand the vision behind creating this mode. What was the aim of it? Who thought it would be fun and something anyone would want to do over and over and over and over and over again. Surely in early testing someone should have realised this isn’t the way forward and moved in a different direction. I appreciate I can spread my runs at this over time, but it’s still a battery drain and something I feel like a need to do to get rewards as opposed to something I want to choose to play.

    No. one issue: The terrible choice of running this mini-game in browser window - obviously leading to so many wasted runs among the players…
    Other major issue: Lack of detailed information. An average champion description in MCoC is now several pages long and has so many ramifications and implications that soon you’ll need to take a week-long vacation just to study it. Contrary to it, this new attempt throws the players into cold water, barely bothering to utter ‘swim’.
    Given that the rewards are quite generous, I can imagine that the aftermath of this event will be throngs of players bitter for not getting them due to above listed issues. A plethora of memes might emerge as well to be with us through the late summer - and years to come, possibly.
    But I might be wrong and it could still turn out to be quite a successful event; however, I’m afraid that that would require an immediate hotfix - at least some sort of confirmation before quitting/warning about unsaved progress as others have pointed out already…
    You might want to beta-test any similar ideas in the future. Properly and thoroughly.

    I really enjoy MCoC (at the core), but this is just so tedious and disengaging. I played for approximately 10 minutes, and has zero plans to re-enter. The rewards may be decent, but no, it's just not worth it. The lack of quality gaming experience isn't worth my time.

    So is it better to re-run a level you beat already to get 10 mastery points, instead of KO'ing on the next level and only getting 8? I'm already behind 4 cores then by trying to push the next level and losing once on 4 and once on 5.

    It's getting stuck after 2-3 waves on third chapter, I lost my 2 tickets like this today.
