Missing uncollected crystal

Hi mods,

Today is the day I fully collect my final piece of shards to form my uncollected crystal. But when I go to check and open my crystal it shows that I have no shards at all. I swear I’ve not opened that crystal yet. Can you pls give my account a check.

This person seems very unlikely to be lying if he or she has that many crystals saved up and is in fact uncollected so why would she or he waste the effort in the wrong place asking where his or hers crystal gone missing?

You'll need to contact our support team regarding this matter. You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main MCOC screen. From there select the 'Support' icon and you'll be able to submit a ticket.
