Battleground and MCOC cheating

Ever since the new season of Battlegrounds started, I am constantly being out matched by way stronger players. Out of the last 25 matches I've only won 4 preventing me from advancing to the next level and constantly giving me the same champions in my deck preventing me from winning as well. I have email Kabam several times letting them know what was going on and the refuse to do anything about it. Why can they set it up that each level plays their own level, ie legends fight legends, valiant fights valiant and so on. This directly is a violation of their own terms of service...Kabaam is cheating to force lower level players to spend money on boost/items which doesn't even guarantee a win when you purchase items. I've purchased the victory shield 9 times and got out matched every time losing all shields so I would have to spend more money to get more. I'm currently seeking an attorney for this and starting a class action against Kabam because they refuse to do anything about it. Plus this game is very addictive which causes more money to be spent. If anyone is interested in joining this class action let me know. I have screenshots of my last 25 that I shows I've been out matched each time. The four wins were by luck. Kabam doesn't want this to be a level playing field so they can make more money.

You are not "supposed to advance"...
Let me know when you find a lawyer. I will gladly lose 100 matches in a row if I can get some settlement money, oh **** I shouldn't have said this here...
Don't worry, you'll have the little league soon with matchmaking tailored to your wants and rewards tailored to your future complaints.
Good luck with the lawsuit. Let us know which lawyer takes your money so we know to never use their crooked rears for anything ever.
Once upon a time BG used to match players by roster/deck strength, so that individual matches were more “fair.” The problem was as I mentioned, the only way for lower progress players to win more was for higher progress players to lose more. Uncollected players with trivial rosters and decks were getting into GC while veterans Paragon players were stuck unable to progress, because high progress players were matching against much stronger players while weaker players only had to beat other weaker players to progress. This was unacceptable.
There are players, and I suspect you’re one of them, that believe the game owes you progress. If you beat up other weaker players and progress you just deserve that progress, while if players vastly stronger than you get stuck because they have to match against even stronger players that’s just too bad for them. That’s “fair,.” But in this game, we don’t penalize players for being veterans, for building stronger rosters, and for ranking up stronger decks. Stronger players than you will have an advantage over you, because they are supposed to. This has nothing to do with making more money. This has to do with making a choice. Do we allow players to have an advantage in BG when they progress in the game in general, or do we penalize them for progressing in the game by giving weaker players easier paths to promote in BG. This game chooses the former over the latter.
You have things completely backwards. You think Kabam refuses to change BG match making into a roster based system that you think is more fair. But instead, it *was* like that in BG and Kabam *actively changed it* to remove that form of match making and replace it with what we have now. They didn’t refuse to do it your way, they removed your way from the game deliberately.
Now, no one thinks the current system is perfect, and Kabam has mentioned looking into ways to smooth out the match making system more. The current system was a first attempt to do that with VT restructuring. The difficulty jump used to be much worse than it is now, insofar as it was a lot more binary. But ultimately, to promote higher you’re eventually going to have to face the stronger players ahead of you, because anything else is unfair to the players we ask to play the game and progress their rosters.
Now, on the off chance you find an attorney dumb enough to take this case on, by all means ask him or her to reach out to me and I will explain the situation to them before they get in too deep. There is zero chance for success, and I would hate for them to take on such a case on contingency.
Actually, any lawyer dumb enough to take this case probably deserves to eat those costs on contingency.
