Visual Bug I assume?

I have 6* Onslaught at max lvl rank 2 and am at the rank up screen..... the required rank up materials look right as doo their descriptions but the 1 T5 mutant catalyst requirement is visually displaying the T5 basic catalyst picture. So the top 2 required materials are visually identical with different / accurate text displayed.
