Can't be bothered scrolling back to quote, but since we have a limited view of the matches we have fought, i imagine kabam has more data and could look through a modders matches and award points to everyone they beat. Even just for GC and a limited number (let's say 20 matches) would go a long way to fixing things for the most competitive players who don't cheat.
As far as the specific gripes on this issue, cheater bro tried to rob the donut store while the cops were there on break. Should they let him go because the laundromat up the road got robbed at the same time?
This started as a hot take, and now it's verging on conspiracy. No one has special treatment. I haven't watched the stream, so I don’t know myself what transpired, but if a Kabam employee was watching it in real time and had the inkling to check, they're going to take action. I highly doubt anyone is being given a better ride. Employees themselves don't even have those liberties. Are some people more visible? Sure. That's part of being well-known. It's not reasonable to expect them to see everything in real time. Nor is it feasible. Actions need to be post-mortem because you can't ban someone for "going to" cheat. You have to see they cheated in the data and take action based on that. Honestly, this Thread is just perpetuating the misconception that CCs have a different set of rules, and that's not the case. If anything, they have more expectations.
