It won't work, I downloaded the game when I was 12 years old, and I didn't know how to use Kabam's email or create accounts on Google Play. I had the same issue go to your app store and find mcoc then you can see your milestones with the exact date. And if you have purchased something it is in your icloud history

Then just guess and hope you get close enough. There's a reason these security measures are in place because without them it would be way to easy for people to steal or sell accounts. If you can't prove that you're the original owner, then you're just out of luck.
